Assembling – Our Goals
Among our strong points are distribution systems for AP-Water, HPW, WFI, as well as Pure Steam pipe systems.
Prerequisite for the use of industrial plant components in aseptic or re-infection-free processing plants particularly are dead leg free constructions, optimum surface quality (RA=0.6μm) and the use of special material, i.e. Cr-Nr-Mo-steel ANSI 316L (1.4404/1.4435).
For welding pipes we use orbital welding methods. Due to this highly advanced method we can guarantee a very reliable quality of welds in combination with extremely smooth surfaces, with roughness values below 0.6μm.
